I've used the briefcase for two months already at my day job and it matches perfectly w my brown belt and boots and it's so nice to finally feel like I fit in at work with comfortable business clothes and apparel. The work laptop fits perfectly into the middle slot too!
The briefcase itself seems a well-made item. Unfortunately the wrong strap was sent with the briefcase (WVS sent the for the black briefcase rather than the one for the chestnut version).
A WVS member of staff responded by stating that the straps for the black and chestnut case were the same colour. When I sent images of each, they conceded they are different straps but then said that in fact the image on the website was at fault and would be changed (it hasn't been changed). They still haven't resolved this issue and the experience in general has been poor. It is a shame as the products are generally good.
The images include one of the many excuses sent, the black strap with the case, and a close up of the straps for the black and chestnut briefcase next to one another - sent to WVS after they said they were the same colour.

Love this briefcase. Really great quality, reasonably priced for its quality, and on top of that animal and environment friendly. Strongly recommend.
I bought this briefcase for my husband originally 2 years ago for his birthday. He loved it and used it every day for work. Unfortunately he over packed it and eventually the handle strap broke. This really was him putting way too many heavy things in it as the briefcase is excellent quality. I contacted Wills to ask if I could get it repaired and they ended up sending a new one. This was very kind and great customer service, though a shame that there was no way to repair the handle as otherwise the briefcase looks brand new still. It is truly high quality vegan leather and looks really stylish and professional!
The briefcase performs and looks like it is much more expensive than it is. The only thing to watch out for is it expands larger than I expected. This is good when you have a lot to include, but can be a bit large if you only have a few documents in it.
