I bought my first pair of shoes from Will's Vegan Store years ago and was absolutely delighted with them. They were super comfortable and lasted several years despite being worn every day. When I wanted to replace them with a new pair after about 5 years with a heavy heart, I unfortunately discovered that the same type was no longer available. After a lot of research, I opted for this model. At first I was happy with them. Unfortunately, the “leather” was a bit stiffer than my previous model, but I liked the look and enjoyed wearing them. However, after a short time, visible cracks appeared in the upper material - the same criticism as Autumn R. (see photo) - which ruins the chic look somewhat, but is not restrictive. I also didn't find it too bad when, after about half a year, the upper seam ripped where the back loop is attached.
But what I find much more shocking is that after just over a year, the sole has suddenly broken without any particular strain and the shoe has become very detached from the sole. They are no longer waterproof, I'm afraid they'll fall apart the next time I wear them and I'll have to find a replacement immediately. It's still the model I like best, but I don't know if I would buy it again. For the price, I expect a different quality and, in terms of sustainability, a longer lifespan. It's a shame that the quality seems to have deteriorated.

These are fab little boots - comfy, go with everything, and so far, hard-wearing. I love the fact that they don't look like plastic and no animal skins were used in their manufacture.

I've searched for a nice pair of vegan boots for a while, and finally found the perfect ones! I have had these for about 2 months and worn them about 4 days per week, in the office and around town. They are comfortable, stylish, waterproof, and have held up well so far. They felt a little tight at first, but that only lasted for a few wears, and now they feel great. Very happy with these! I am very pleased with my black Chelsea boots. They are extremely comfortable and the material is very smooth. I initially bought them in a size 8 and had to return them for a half size larger. The return process was very easy and surprisingly, I got my new size back in less than two weeks. I was very impressed with the follow up emails and tracking of the return package by this company. I would certainly order again from this company.

These shoes look so classy and fit my slim ankles very well. I would definitely recommend them!
I just wish they came in a 7.5. I'm always an 8-8.5 in other brands, so I initially ordered an 8 but felt it was too big as my heel was sliding around. I then ordered a 7 and felt it was a little snug when trying on at home but thought it would be more comfy than the too-big 8s, which I sent back. Unfortunately, after wearing the 7s out and about for a couple weeks, I’ve found that they are uncomfortably small (pinching my toes) and I need to order an 8 again and sell my 7s. So my advice to anyone else is to order too big rather than too small and just stuff the toe box. It would be great if they offered a 7.5 in the future, as I’m sure it would fit me perfectly!
