Thanks for the feedback, it is much appreciated. I just wanted to let you know that for your added peace of mind, we will always replace, refund or try to repair your purchases at any point if you are not happy - just let us know and we will take care of everything.
I have not seen any reports of these shoes cracking before, so I would not initially worry about this happening. Our smart shoes do develop a crease early on at points where the vegan leather bends (like the toes), however this crease will not develop over time. It could also look worse than it is, due to the burnishing and polish applied to the toes at the factory.

Just to say you can re-apply polish yourself using most polishes, or take them to a cobbler to fully re-new the burnished look on the toes and sides.
