• 110g vegan spread
• 235ml sparkling water
FOR CHOCOLATE SPONGE:
• Add 15g cocoa powder
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Mix sponge mix and vegan spread (110g) together until resembles bread crumbs.
2. Add 235ml sparkling water and mix until smooth. To make the chocolate sponge/muffins add the 15g of cocoa powder.
3. If you are making a sponge cake, pour the mixture into an 8″ tin. For muffins evenly divide the mixture between 11 muffin cases.
4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean from the sponge.
