I purchased these in the summer of 2022, and my first purchase from Wills. I was happy with shipping to the US, came really quick. After having these for nearly 2 yrs, i can say that these are great waterproof hiking shoes. I wore them for 5 weeks in Scotland in the fall, and my feet stayed nice and dry. The arch support is really great, and they are comfortable to wear. I’m also a forest therapy guide, so i wear these a lot on my guided walks, and they hold up great through puddles and mud. I would’ve given 5 stars, but the tongue on the right foot on the left part has been stitched weird and it doesn’t lay flat and digs into the top of my foot. I be found that pulling the tongue more to the right kinda helps, but each time i put on the shoe i have to deal with this.

Bought as a gift. Had to size up as the person is a half size. Despite being a half size big, the fit was really poor, too tight on instep. Not suitable for anything other than a narrow foot. Considering these are meant to be hiking boots I don't see how anyone could wear proper hiking socks with them. Returned them to Wills 4 weeks ago, still waiting for them to 'receive' the order and issue a repayment. Won't buy from Wills again because of this.

I am really sorry the fit of these was not right. We make refunds or exchanges usually a few days after you have pass the parcel to the return courier. At the moment our system is saying the parcel has not been passed to the courier as the tracking has not been updated yet.
When possible please can you reply back to the email I have just sent to you with any additional tracking information you have or a receipt from the courier.

I have climbed literal mountains in these and they are so comfortable! Really waterproof and sturdy too. I have a very narrow ankle so they slip a bit but I fix this with padded ankle socks.
These shoes are my every day choice. With my two dogs, I walk a lot. Sidewalks, mud, rain, woods, no problem. The soft inside soles are a bless every time I put them on. The first few days they were very stiff, and that takes a bit to 'soften', but that only proves the quality and durability of these shoes. Definitely recommending them.
